MacRobert Inc. has a position available for a passionate Recruiter in our Human Resources Department in Pretoria!

• Relevant Diploma or Degree
• 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Recruitment role
• Able to conduct the full scope of recruitment (including recruitment for professional positions) and onboarding of employees (non-negotiable)
• Previous experience recruiting for legal positions advantageous
• Great accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical and structural approach
• Employee centric and service excellence mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sense of urgency and deadline driven
• Ability to work under pressure
• Teamwork and co-operation
• Proactive with strong organizational skills
