Recruitment Consultant at ICG Medical

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Durban based team, part of the ICG Medical Group, based in our Cape Town offices. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team as Healthcare Recruiters, responsible for booking travel nurses (RNs) into shifts across hospitals, clinics, facilities, and through Managed Service Providers (MSPs) on a national basis. 

As a Healthcare Recruiter at ICG Medical, you will play a crucial role in connecting healthcare professionals with their dream assignments, ensuring that facilities have the staffing support they need to provide exceptional care. Your excellent English written, and oral communication skills are non-negotiable, as effective communication is at the heart of what we do. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Source and recruit qualified travel nurses (RNs) for various healthcare facilities and organizations throughout the United States. 
• Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage candidate and client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records. 
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from screening and interviewing candidates to coordinating their placements. 
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, providing exceptional customer service. 
• Work closely with our team of consultants to meet and exceed individual and team-based Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). 
• Keep up to date with industry trends and market demands to effectively match candidates with suitable assignments. 
• Utilize our cutting-edge recruitment technology platforms to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum of 1-year previous recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with experience utilizing a CRM system. 
• Excellent English written and oral communication proficiency. 
• Ability to thrive in a heavily targeted and KPI-driven environment, similar to a call center environment. 
• Flexibility to work the UK shift, which aligns with the night shift in South Africa. 
• Own transport is essential, as the role is based at our Cape Town offices. 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
