    Regional Corporate Security Manager

    Job Description

    • As the Regional Corporate Security Manager, you will be part of the Global Corporate Security Team based in region. You will provide assurance relating to the security of Experian staff and assets and ensure we are able to deliver high standards of service to our clients both internally and externally. This is a second line of defence role but will require close working relationship with teams responsible for physical security operations.
    • You will report to the Head of Corporate Security – Physical Risk. Be responsible across the region for a broad and varied remit of Corporate Security including performing risk assessments, monitoring compliance to global policies, identifying risks or threats that may impact our people/business, travel risk management, incident/crisis management and assisting with internal investigations.
    • This role is key to the successful delivery of the Corporate Security 3 year roadmap and you will be the regional SME for Corporate Security.

    Qualifications

    • A solid background providing physical security, corporate security or resilience
    • Ability to balance Corporate Security requirements with commercial business expectations
    • Excellent communication/presentation skills including the ability to translate technical/security issues to business units
    • Experience working in a 2LOD assurance role
    • Ability to communicate to and influence senior management
    • Experience in travel safety and security including incident response
    • A self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
    • Willingness to take on challenges and adaptability to change and manage changing priorities
    • Organizational and planning skills
    • A sound understanding of security best practise and international standards such as ISO2700, PCI, Duty of Care, ISO31030
    • Good overall standard of computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Project, and SharePoint
    • Global or regional experience working in a multi-cultural commercial business is highly preferred
    • Membership of a professional security body i.e. ASIS, OSAC or a Regional Security Institution is highly preferred

    Additional Information

    Principle responsibilities

    • Work with Corporate Security colleagues to develop processes, policy and the program
    • Provide input into and monitor compliance to the Experian’s Corporate Security policies and Standards
    • Proactively identify security deficiencies or opportunities for improvement and facilitate development of pragmatic solutions
    • To be the regional subject matter expert for all areas of Corporate Security
    • Liaise closely with the Head of Corporate Security – Physical Risk to ensure global programs are regionally deployed
    • Gather, collect and develop monthly Corporate Security analytics and reporting
    • Identify potential security risks that may pose a security threat. Monitor and report on any incident impacting Experian
    • Manage and implement Corporate Security programs for your region(s), for example Facility Risk Assessment, Work place Violence Response, Event Security, Executive Security, Physical Access Control Enhancements and Insider Threat Detection
    • Liaison with key internal stakeholders to ensure Corporate Security awareness
    • Provide training on all areas of the Corporate Security program and relevant assistance to other CorpSec personal
    • Deliver awareness training on travel security matters to various business functions as required
    • Assist in managing Corporate Security incidents and/or Crisis
    • Work to develop and maintain network of regional contacts in security including lliaison with Executive, stakeholders, Police, Government bodies as required
    • Work on ad hoc projects as and when necessary
    • Assist other Corporate Security team members as and when required
    • Partner with key stakeholders including Risk, Real Estates, Information Security, Resilience, Legal, HR and other departments as required
