    Regional Demand Manager - Africa

    The Regional Demand Manager will facilitate a rolling Demand Generation planning process in alignment with all Sales, Partnerships, PreSales, Marketing segments and market territories. The Regional Demand Manager will be the link between Sales and Marketing to help structure and drive more focused Data Driven campaigns.     Main Responsibilities

    • Provide clear status of pipeline health and assess performance to define key areas of improvement,
    • Work with RD, and regional functional heads to define, execute tactical plans to overcome pipeline gaps.
    • Develop territory plans and define key areas for market expansion,
    • Provide transparency of all sources of demand by monitoring execution and follow-up of demand generation activities and its outcomes.
    • Define and Execute quality checks of pipeline health framework, to drive account/territory/partner plan reviews and adjustment of plan and activities.
    • Establish a rolling planning process for pipeline coverage and Demand Generation and identification from structural pipeline issues across all relevant segments.
    • Create a transparent picture of the target market pipeline situation for Future 4 Quarters including insights in all running programs and analyze pipeline health and detect demand gaps.
    • Identification of white spaces. Getting feedback from Field, Marketing, Partners, recruitment on reasons for white space.
    • Identification for improvement areas of innovation adoption of the Channel
    • Develop Demand Management Plan based on country Go-to-Market Plan (aligned with Sales Mgmt).
    • Facilitate the several Country related Demand Management Meetings which will be a periodical body with participants from Sales, Marketing, Partner Management, to analyze pipeline situation and define Demand Generation plan
    • Aligns with Revenue Operations concerning reporting on pipeline KPIs and health. Demand Generation actions, demand process status to identify needs and optimization of the Demand Generation process.
    • Liaising with Marketing to devise content for targeted campaigns in line with the priority areas identified.
    • Identification of process and content issues, proposals, and implementation of improvements for campaigns
    • With marketing, provide a demand generation calendar with executable campaigns according to the account’s plan and ABM activities set for each account,
    • Constant review of regional KPI and health and apply both proactive and firefighting approach to ensure healthy pipeline and targets attainment
