Regional Sales Manager – Cape Town at Salt South Africa

• We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with strong pump industry experience to help drive growth across the construction, engineering, and building services sectors. This is a role for someone who understands pumps technically but also knows how to build relationships, open doors, and close deals.
• You’ll be responsible for developing partnerships with contractors, developers, engineers, and distributors, while growing sales across a respected portfolio of pump solutions. Expect a mix of relationship building, strategic sales, and the occasional technical conversation that goes far beyond surface level.

What we are looking for

• Solid experience selling pumps or pump-related technical equipment
• Strong understanding of water systems, pressure systems, heating pumps, or building services
• Experience working with contractors, engineers, developers, and dealer networks
• Comfortable managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing
• Confident presenting technical solutions and building long-term partnerships
