    Responsibilities

    • Oversee the sales pipeline
    • Review stock management
    • Trade Visits
    • Effective Management of:
    • Direct reports
    • Regional Key Accounts
    • Operations
    • Sales
    • Customers
    • Deliveries
    • All the regions feedback
    • Admin
    • Leave
    • Disciplinary Code
    • Budget Control
    • Business Development
    • Build Client Relationships
    • Cycle briefing and feedback
    • National attendance and participation in meetings
    • Communication Management
    • Manage deals and promotional stock
    • Sales Target Delivery
    • Sales Strategy
    • Operational exception reports
    • Manage customer data collection strategy and integrity

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing Management
    • 2-3 Years in both on and off con sales consulting
    • 5 Years’ experience in FMCG environment within the liquor industry
