Regional STCF Consultant ARO at Absa

Job Summary

• Execute Structured Trade Finance strategy through originating, structuring and executing transactions in East Africa, principally Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. This will involves active marketing and networking through strategic relationships both internal and external. Will define an origination strategy for growth of the business in the region with identification of key clients and opportunities within the strategy whilst ensuring that processes, control requirements and risk management frameworks that impact the area are implemented. Relevant Front Office banking experience. B Degree with minimum 5 Years’ experience in  origination, structuring, negotiating and executing STCF transactions. Experience in the region is highly advantageous. Candidate could be based in Kenya or SA depending on preference.
