Full management of all bank and intercompany debt facilities from a Treasury perspective including forecasting and reporting

• Degree Educated or equivalent
• Bank and/or Treasury Experience - commodity experience a benefit
• Demonstrable numeracy Skills
• Excellent communication Skills (written and oral)
• Microsoft Office proficient

Key Responsibilities
Debt facilities Management

• Manage external and internal debt financing facilities
• Loan Documentation Registration/ reconciliation
• Create and maintain database of facilities
• Optimise Interest expense/ earnings
• Manage all facilities (maturities/ renewals/ new)
• Highlight WC needs and propose solutions
• Review and analyze annual cashflow on a monthly basis raising any concerns on equity or WC needs

Adhoc

• TMS Implementation
• Local Regulatory/ Liquidity updates
• Monthly BS Treasury Review
• Quarterly Performance Reviews
