Remuneration and Benefits Manager at Sappi

• We’re on the lookout for an experienced Remuneration Manager to act as deputy to the Global Process Owner: Remuneration and Benefits, the incumbent is responsible for providing insight into the competitiveness of Sappi’s remuneration programmes (pay, benefits and incentives), taking into account market benchmarks and competitive positioning. Act as custodian for the delivery of automation and analytics processes in the remuneration portfolio.

As a Remuneration Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Remuneration strategy support
• Compensation research
• Financial Modelling and Analytics
• Data Analysis
• Remuneration advisory for the business
• Development of process automation in HR
• Participation in the job evaluation process

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors’ Degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or Data Science
• Five (5) years+ experience in remuneration, preferably in a listed company
• Significant experience in data analytics and financial modelling
• Chartered Reward Specialist accreditation with the SA Reward Association
• Post graduate qualification in taxation
• Heavy industry remuneration experience
