Renewals Maintenance Specialist: PG6/7 at Sanlam Group

What will you do?

• To investigate and rectify any irregularities on the Legacy plans where the premiums did not apply programmatically.
• To handle exceptions on Legacy reports as well as debits and credits.
• To perform journals.
• To perform refunds of premiums.

What will make you successful in this role?

• In Depth and timeous handling of Legacy related items on reports and tabulations.
• Time management with regard to handling of different tabulations within a month.
• Checking of letters and Legacy query slips
• Performing P268 payments on jIstel
• Identify irregularities and updating the Legacy policy record
• Quarterly declarations on tabulations
• Investigate debits and credits for Cash, Debit Order and Stop Order payments on Legacy products

Qualifications

• Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accountancy

Knowledge And Skills

• Legacy System applications (jIstel)
• Legacy products and product rules
• Collection-, exits processes and the impact of processes on accounting
• Interpreting of policy record
• Cash, Debit Order and Stop Order modes of payment
• Performing of journals
• Relevant business Rules

Experience

• 2 Years Policy Administration
• 2 Years Legacy processes and rules
