Repairs & Maintenance Assessor - Modderfontein

Description
- Handle dispute claim queries Issue of orders to dealerships.
- Assess claims.
- Ensure jobs are closed on systems.
- Monitor audit parts claim store reports.
- Perform branch claim audits regularly.
Requirements

Qualifications:
- Grade: 12
- Matric Certificate
- N3 and possess a Diesel Mechanic trade test certificate
Skills:
- Technical knowledge skills
- Customer focused (Internal and External).
- People skills.
- Work accurately under pressure and be able to meet deadlines.
- Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
- Computer Literate Flexible, active and forward thinking.
Experience:
- Must have workshop experience - 5 years.
