Reserve Logistics Leader at Amazon

Key job responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to build and execute the program, and future roadmaps to achieve business goals.
• Identify the gaps and pain points in the existing processes and come up with solutions short and long term
• Partner with teams to secure resources, scope efforts, set project priorities and milestones, and drive delivery.
• Set up performance management and compliance mechanisms and track performance on a day to day basis;
• Write reports/documents that detail the progress to leadership on a frequent basis
• Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end to end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products
• Bachelor's degree

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
