The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

• Liaising with customers regarding various marketing and product enquiries.
• Ensuring that all customer complaints, issues and queries are resolved timeously.
• Working closely with all Sales and Marketing personnel within the company.
• Liaising with existing customers regarding products and services to maintain customer relationships.
• Initiating and performing all Sales activations as well as executing presentations to customers.
• Identifying key customer requirements as well as informing customers as to how the company’s products and services satisfy those requirements.
• Sourcing new applications for existing products.
• Liaising with and updating colleagues on product developments.
• Maintaining and updating territory and key account data.
• Developing and executing Sales plans to sell to key target accounts.
