Resource Planner leads all aspects of local activities to ensure customer satisfaction, process, organization, project profitability, safety, quality, and efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Planning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.), Phasing of activity.
Management and control of Work Orders (WO) (Completing/closing SO, Notification management - rejected jobs, amending hours/correcting hours)
Coordinates the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules at a Site and plans the respective activities and resources needed at site level
Retrofits: Plan and provide personnel, tools and spares for retrofit campaign - build and handle Service Order in SAP
Statutory inspections: Plan and task teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with Contract
Lead MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP - Assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective team
What you bring?
A Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Engineering with 1-2 year of work experience in project planning or Project Management
Experience or trained in data analytics on Workload and Demand / Forecast planning.
Ability to build, maintain and update detailed schedules, ensure adherence to quality standards, build reports, and provide analysis using Primavera P6/Salesforce and Microsoft Project.
Proficiency in coordinating and engaging with a distributed team.
