The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating Clinical Risk and quality Management related functions within the Hospital.

Requirements

• Professional Nurse Qualification essential.
• Management qualification is essential.
• Computer Literacy essential.
• SAP Knowledge would an added advantage

Work Experience

• Relevant experience in the nursing discipline.
• Capacity to implement and maintain standards of health practice required from all accredited bodies and appropriate health legislation 

Knowledge

• Coordinating Clinical Risk Management
• Participation in Best care Always project.
• Quality Management.
• Timeous accurate reporting to relevant management structure.
• Participation on relevant committees.
• Coordinate the supportive role in Risk Management Training.
• Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
• Policies and procedures development and implementation.
• Ensuring positive patient care.
• Competent nursing staff.
• Implement quality improvement strategies.
• Auditing of patient care.
• Apply evidence-based practices including best care always.
