Road Logistics Operational Care Specialist at Kuehne + Nagel

Your Role:
Manages the operations on a daily basis including resource planning, management of operational KPI’s and shipment profitability monitoring. Prepares and supports in the month-end-closing and provides data for reports.
Your Responsibilities:

• Shipment management in TMS (Roadlog)
• Shipment data quality in TMS (Roadlog)
• Shipment management with carriers and brokers
• (Daily) shipment update and billing
• Archiving of shipment documents
• Preparation of (OCC performance) reports

Your Skills and Experiences

• At least 3- 5 years working in a similar role
• Good at Communication, Problem solving, Time and Job planning management skills.
• Good knowledge of Road operations, mainly exporting cargo across borders into Africa
• Customer oriented, strong attention to detail, good data management & structural thinking.
• Self-starter, proactive manner & can-do mindset.
• flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Office skills & Systems.
