Row Crops Manager at UPL

The Role

• Responsible for the marketing mix strategy, business development, gap analysis, product management, & training of the UPL's current and new product range with regards to the full row crop product portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience required:

• 8 years’ experience in crop protection industry in marketing & business development positions 
• Mastery of business/market intelligence and marketing tools.
• Broad knowledge of agrochemical & Agricultural input business with good industry credibility and value chain expertise
• General knowledge of the market and regulatory processes.
• Financial acumen with ability to negotiate product access and distribution licenses
• Good knowledge of row crops practices
