Sales Administrator/Assistant at Astor Automotive Recruitment

MOTOR VEHICLE SALES/ADMIN BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED

We are looking for a confident and energetic candidate to join this large and growing motor group. You would be working in their online auction division and will be responsible for extensive client liaison, arranging vehicle deliveries and collections, ensuring that all paperwork is in order and up to date, and working hand in hand with the Sales Manager on bulk deals and other adhoc sales related duties. We are looking for someone with a solid background in vehicle sales in wholesale or via online auction, with a good understanding of dealer requirements and excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements

• A valid Drivers License
• Some motor dealership experience is required – preferably wholesale or auction
• Excellent Customer Service and Admin skills
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Able to work in a pressurised environment 
•  Attention to detail
