Sales Administrator at IMS Ventures

The Data Capturers will maintain the campaign database by entering new and updated campaign information, collate information and prepare reports for submission and presentation to the Regional Team leader and Regional Manager.
Key duties

•  Ensure accurate daily data capturing and consolidation of campaign data
•  Maintain and update all relevant databases
•  Capture data on sales from the mobile team
•  Ensure that all data are captured according to the standard operating procedures;
•  Ensure that data is transmitted to relevant manager within the set timeframes;
•  Participate in data quality management by performing systems verifications, data quality assurance and control measures;
•  Complete daily, weekly, monthly reporting templates accurately and timely submission thereof;

Qualification and education requirements  

• Matric Certificate
• Bachelors/Diploma – Project Management, Marketing, Logistics
