Our client is seeking a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Sales Agent to join their remote team in South Africa. In this role, you will play an important part in generating new business opportunities and delivering exceptional client service. You will manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospective buyers and tenants, coordinate property viewings, and support the sales team in achieving its business objectives. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in an organised environment, communicates clearly and confidently, and enjoys building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and lead management
Respond to inbound enquiries promptly and professionally
Make outbound calls to follow up with and nurture leads
Qualify buyers and tenants according to their requirements
Schedule and confirm property viewings and appointments
Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate information
Share new property listings, pricing updates and market information
Coordinate valuations and listing appointments
Liaise with agents, suppliers and internal teams
Manage inboxes and ensure all communications are handled efficiently
Track lead activity and assist with performance reporting

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confidence in handling inbound and outbound calls
Ability to qualify leads effectively
Experience using CRM systems and completing accurate data entry
