Requirements
2-3 years working experience in Digital sales
National Diploma in, Sales, Marketing, ICT in Education or Digital
Demonstrate facilitation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
Deep understanding of the use of technology in an educational instructional environment as it relates to educational infrastructures, such as platforms and curricula.
Resolve customer issues with robust problem-solving skills and exceptional territory management.
Experience selling digital or subscription-based products is preferred.
Microsoft software skills: Outlook and Power Point (basic), Word and Excel (intermediate).
Manage customer relationships using CRM databases, with a strong preference for Salesforce experience.
Exhibits high level organisational and communication skills
Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and team members.
Work independently and collaboratively to achieve targets and identify new market opportunities.
Prioritise opportunities effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
Demonstrate commercial acumen in all sales activities.
