A Sales Consultant at Gro Direct acts as an advisor, not just a salesperson. You’ll speak with customers to understand their insurance needs, provide quotes, handle objections and build lasting client relationships. Your goal is to help clients get the right protection while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
What you’ll be doing:
Selling Insurance policy’s Face-To-Face to clients.
Explain policy terms, conditions and benefits.
Handle client’s questions and concerns.
Process applications.
Work with sales team to close sales.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Meet weekly sales targets and performance goals
What we’re looking for:
Matric/Grade 12 minimum 50% Average
Confident communicator with strong listening and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
Willing to Travel
