    Sales Coordinator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting the Sales team with quotations, presentations & proposals, credit applications and testing of rates
    • Provide support to the Commercial manager with
      • Consolidation and submission of weekly pipeline
      • Training of staff
      • Optimal service reporting, bulk qutations, data cleaning
      • Generating and distribution of leads
      • Ad hoc admin support
    • Registering of ACI online users
    • Assisting team and clients with digital training, set up an troubleshooting
    • General in-office admin support to the Sales team
       

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
    • 5 Years experience in customer service and commercial administration
    • Excellent administration skills
    • High attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Advanced MS Office Skills
    • Must be comfortable with online systems and technology
