Sales Coordinator - Durban at Kagiso Media

Key Accountabilities: 

Sales Support:

• Attend to client queries and provide point of contact and liaison with clients in the absence of media consultants
• Make appointments for Media Consultant
• Assist the Media consultants in Sourcing new clients
• Email contracts to the clients
• Ensure that billings correlate with contracts
• Follow up on material for AE’s
• Ensure that order confirmations are signed.
• Manage the AE’s diaries and appointments
• Assist with setting up presentations and workshops
• Assist with general queries
• Motivated & assisting AE’s in achieving target
• Meeting with clients when required
• Communication with clients & AE’s regarding confirmation, bookings and proposals
• Updating proposals & assisting with new ideas
• Assist with executing CRM strategy
• Compile proposals when required
• Assist Government team with conceptualizing and executing strategy

Client Database:

• Assist with timeously updating the client database for all clients on the CRM database.

Requirements

Qualification: 

• Matric
• Tertiary Qualification advantageous

Skills and Experience:

• 2 years General administrative or relevant experience required
