    Sales Enablement Specialist

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Ensure Sales processes are revised and effective to achieve sales targets.

    • Continuously review current process within the sales departments
    • Provide recommendations to improve current processes.
    • Ensure processes are documented.

    Sales optimization

    • Partner with Sales Leaders to enhance team productivity by identifying gaps within the campaigns.
    • Optimize sales reports for departments.
    • Providing solutions and system recommendations to close the gaps within the campaigns.
    • Listen to calls and provide feedback to improve sales performance when required.

    Providing support to the sales departments.

    • Assisting with launching POC's. 
    • Ensuring POCs feedback and stats are provided to the business.
    • Provide suggestions on POCS.
    • Work closely with the relevant departments for POCs.
    • Support and assist sales team with new reports (testing and training)
    • Be the bridge for sales and support departments.

    Reporting and Analyzing

    • Be the bridge for sales and support departments.
    • Support and assist sales team with new reports (testing and training)
    • Analyzing sales stats.
    • Ensuring reporting is accurate and delivered within the timelines agreed.
    • Analyse dialler stats
    • Recommend suggestions based on findings.
    • Support the business operations in the following areas:
    • Accurate Reporting
    • Automation of manual processes
    • Analytical feedback to improve business productivity.    

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Matric
    • Minimum 2 - 3 years experience as a Sales Enablement specialist / sales operations within a call centre environment
    • Solid understanding of the various processes and procedures within a sales environment
    • Prior experience using Vicci advantageous
    • Proficient in MS Office with advanced skills in Excel (Formulas / Pivots / VLOOKUP etc.)
    • Prior experience using reporting tools for generating and analyzing reports
