    Sales Executive

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

    • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking 
    • To achieve monthly sales targets
    • Set up meetings with potential clients and be able to sell them a logistics solution
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on all Brima services
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
    • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
    • Create frequent reviews and reports of sales targets

    Minimum requirements:

    • 3-5 years of STABLE external sales experience in the courier/logistics industry and must have a stable and successful track record selling in the courier/ logistics industry 
    • Must have a relevant Diploma/Degree 
    • Driver’s license is ESSENTIAL
    • Must be a go-getter who is opportunistic, and commission focused
    • Must have experience in cold calling and developing new business
    • Must be able to cultivate client database
    • Strong negotiation and client liaison skills
    • Must have a proven track record of meeting targets consistently
    • Must be willing to work overtime when required
    • Clear credit and criminal record
