Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the automotive or related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
• Excellent negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to close deals successfully.
• Demonstrable experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of the used vehicles market and industry regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership environment, particularly in used vehicle sales.
• Relevant certifications in sales or automotive industry standards.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms for lead generation.
• Additional languages spoken are an advantage for customer engagement.
