As a Sales Coach at Aurik, you will work closely with entrepreneurs to refine and optimize their sales systems, with a particular focus on lead generation and conversion processes. You will also contribute to the development of innovative sales content and train other coaches to deliver this content effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach entrepreneurs on building and enhancing sales systems to support business growth.
Evaluate and improve lead generation strategies to increase the quantity and quality of leads.
Guide clients in developing and implementing conversion processes that drive consistent sales outcomes.
Identify gaps in existing sales systems and provide practical, data-driven solutions.
Develop new content, frameworks, and tools for sales systems with a focus on lead generation and conversion.
Train and upskill other coaches to deliver newly developed content to ensure consistent and high-quality client delivery.
Deliver workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching tailored to individual client needs.
Monitor and measure the impact of implemented sales strategies to ensure continuous improvement.
Stay updated on the latest sales techniques, tools, and trends to ensure clients receive cutting-edge insights.
