    Sales Manager

    Main Purpose of the job: 

    • The successful applicant will be responsible to drive business development, engage with customers and selling service solutions. This position will be reporting to the Head of Sales and Key Accounts and the General Manager and will be responsible to source new business and sell the Supercare Service lines, while ensuring consistent and profitable growth in sales revenue. 

     Desirable Education and experience: 

    •  Matricor equivalent
    • At least 5 years' sales experience
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Cleaning and Hygiene or similar industry
    • Proven sales track record
    • People management experience

     Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies: 

    •  Knowledge of various sales methodologies
    • Excellent selling and negotiation skills
    • Tenacious and innovative
    • Excellent presentation development and presentation delivery skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to influence stakeholders/decision-makers
    • Excellent organizing and planning ability
    • Strong customer focus
    • Results orientated and driven
    • Team player
    • Very good attention to detail
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

     Key areas of responsibility: 

    • Manages Pre-Sale, Sale and Post Sale process
    • Develop and execute the Sales strategy by sector / region / client profile
    • Manage Sales Portal
    • Manage Qlick sense sales info
    • Ensure accuracy of data, sales costings and mange sign-off process
    • Assure giving/arrange continued application training to assure Industry knowledge upkeep
    • Drive people excellence to ensure that the Sales team drive revenue growth consistently through effective team work and cross functional collaboration
    • Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company services
    • Provides quarterly results of sales productivity
    • Manages sales database and build rapport with top decision-makers
    • Collaborates with Operations and Retention to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines
    • Interprets short- and long-term effectiveness of sales strategies
    • Grows solution focused sales
    • Manage allocated budgeted for sales promotions and marketing activities
    • Facilitate the mobilization process with operations and other relevant teams
