Sales Representative | Signage | Upper Highway Area
Building a database of clients in the area through the following:Organized Meetings, Cold Calling, Networking
Stop and see every business in his/her area (Offices, Restaurants, Industrial parks, ALL businesses and organizations)
Respond efficiently to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries to determine sign needs, provide recommendations, quotes and assist with the order process.
Re-market areas every three months.
Introduce the product to businesses and explain the promotional materials and specials.
Build rapport with potential customers.
Bring back business card and information needed to quote potential jobs.
Update leads in the database with information gathered.
Follow up on all leads, pricing and prepare quotes.
Deliver quotes in a timely fashion.
Assist in operating and managing the store when needed.
Assist in daily morning meetings with feedback on quote follow-ups.
Complete in store training
Assist in maintaining an organized; clean and professional store appearance always.
Maintain a consistent and organized follow up system.
Requirements
Previous sales experience and an attitude to service customers and a will to succeed.
Must be computer knowledgeable and willing to learn to be proficient in various software programs.
Must also pass basic math and spelling tests.
Possess a good understanding of sales and marketing tactics.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
Outgoing personality and willingness to work with the public on a daily basis.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle is essential
