    Sales Support Specialist - Customer Support

    Your role and responsibilities

    • Responsible for providing technical, order, and payment-related assistance/support to the internal and external customers. Coordinates with relevant stakeholders to obtain complete case ownership and to improve customer satisfaction.
    • The work model for the role is: Onsite
    • This role is contributing to the Motion service Division

    You will be mainly accountable for:

    • Preparing customer quotations and loading service orders.
    • Handling and loading cost calculation sheets.
    • Coordinate, plan, schedule and oversee all service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts, field services and logistics bookings for site work.
    • Tracking spare part deliveries with various factories and providing feedback to customers.
    • Handling customer requirements, enquiries, complaints and resolutions.
    • Coordinating with the technical team in relation to scheduled jobs.
    • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers.
    • Accurate forecasting of monthly revenues.
    • Cash collections.

    Qualifications for the role

    • Matric essential, related degree or diploma is desired.
    • Suitable, similar work experience in customer support and order handling.   
    • Must be 5 years> in a service role, doing customer support / order handling role.
    • Good communication and coordination skills.
    • Proficient in business writing.   
    • Dynamic and highly energetic individuals, capable of working in this fast-moving, high-pressure service business.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Working experience and knowledge on SAP is essential and highly desired.
