The Opportunity

• We're looking for a Salesforce Core Lead Designer to shape the end-to-end experience of our Salesforce Client Engagement Platform across Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• This is more than a UX role. You'll be the functional design authority for Core CRM, connecting client and user needs with Salesforce capabilities to create experiences that are simple, intuitive, scalable and Salesforce-native.

Your design philosophy

What you'll lead:

• Own the functional and experience design of Sales and Service journeys across Core Salesforce.
• Turn complex banking processes into simple, intuitive Salesforce experiences.
• Establish reusable patterns across Client 360, relationship management, opportunity management, client planning and service.
• Lead and coach Salesforce Feature Analysts, setting the standard for discovery, journey design, Features, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Challenge unnecessary complexity and customisation while maximising standard Salesforce capability.
• Partner with Architecture, Product Owners, Engineering and business teams to create one coherent experience.
• Use adoption and behavioural insights to continuously simplify and improve delivered capabilities.

What you'll bring:

We're looking for someone who brings together Salesforce expertise, human-centred design and strong functional leadership, including:

• 8 - 10 years relevant experience
• Strong practical knowledge of Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Human-centred design, Jobs-to-be-Done and journey mapping.
• Salesforce Lightning Experience and Lightning Design System.
• Declarative design, Dynamic Forms and Flow.
• Prototyping and usability testing.
• Client 360 and relationship-management design.
• Reusable design patterns and functional governance.
• Data-driven adoption and experience optimisation.
• Leadership, coaching and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Salesforce Platform User Experience Designer is a defining qualification, supported by strong real-world Salesforce platform experience.
