We have an exciting opportunity available for somebody who is keen to work with a dynamic team, where innovation is the key to success.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the planning, scheduling, prioritizing and flow of samples through the Truworths Man sample room from pattern makers to finished garments.

Requirements:

• The ability to work within a team environment.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• An in depth understanding of;

1. Sample briefs
2. Printing and Embroidery
3. Fabric knowledge relevant to cutting and sewing techniques.
4. An understanding of patterns/pattern making and grading.
5. Strong garment construction experience
6. Quality Assurance standards and workmanship

• A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a similar role or position.
• The ability to work under pressure
• Strong leadership qualities and acceptance of responsibility and accountability.
• Display flexibility and intuition both in dealing with planning schedules, staff and customer demands.
•  Results driven and self-motivated.
