• Our client is looking for a System Analyst who will provide consulting and support services to the business by identifying opportunities where SAP can address challenges or drive new opportunities. Configure SAP to align with the companys' business requirements.

Business Requirements Analysis

• Analyze business requirements and propose SAP solutions in line with best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and optimize the existing SAP environment.
• Investigate and resolve business challenges while improving processes and systems.

System Design and Configuration

• Configure and customize the SAP system to meet business needs.
• Develop detailed technical specifications for business and functional requirements.
• Conduct unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing in collaboration with SAP Analyst Developers and business users.

Functional Support

• Address service requests and incidents in line with agreed service levels.
• Document progress and resolutions through the ICT Service Management system.
• Contribute to quality improvement and optimization initiatives.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
• 10+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
• 3 years in project implementation.
• +5 years experience with SAP MM

Educational Requirements

• Matric or equivalent qualification.
• Certified in SAP module (MM).
• Business Analyst Qualification. (not essential)
