Scheduling Specialist - Congenital Heart at MaineHealth

The Scheduling Specialist for Congenital Heart is responsible for scheduling patients and answering phone calls, in addition to a variety of other administrative tasks. The ideal person will be a motivated, team-player with a strong ability to multi-task.

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

• Knowledge and skills in using office equipment.
• Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to accomplish multiple tasks and have the flexibility to meet changing demands daily.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly in person and on the phone.
