    Senior Associate

    Senior Associate 

    An opportunity to join an independant corporate finance M&A and Capital Markets advisory business focusing on listed and unlisted companies.

    • This individual will have the opportunity to work on both Tax matters and M&A's
    • Very flat structure with opportunites to become a potential future partner within a short period of time
    • Remote working - Cape Town or JHB
    • Ability to work independently and build ones own practice and clients
    • Must have a minimum of 4 years relevant experience - must be an expert in tax

    Qualifications

    • Qualifed lawyer
    • BAcc LLB/ Bus Science Law
