Still not very present in Africa, Nutricia has the ambition to develop strongly on the continent in the coming years by leveraging the assets that have made it successful worldwide and by adapting its strategy to the African challenges.
Missions :
You will be responsible of Nutricia brands (both infant milks & medical nutrition) in sub-Saharan Africa & will evolve on the following missions:
Define, in collaboration with the Global Marketing team, the evolution of the positioning of Nutricia brands, their adaptation and implementation at the local level
Manage the brand portfolio and innovation/renovation plan engaging with large cross-functional teams
Set-up the MCE strategy best suited to the challenges of the category and the brands, in collaboration with the healthcare, medical affairs, digital and activation teams.
Review the business performance and adjust the strategy and/or execution accordingly
Supervise & support 2 brand managers (one based in France, one based in South Africa)
The essentials:
You have at least 6 years of experience as brand manager in the health sector
You demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influence skills
You act as a leader, are able to engage large cross-functional teams with enthusiasm and a spirit of transversality
You have convictions, you know how to think outside the box, take up challenges and take measured risks to achieve results
Organized by nature, you are efficient in action and project management
Result-oriented, you demonstrate strong analytical and synthesis skills
