Requirements:
BSc or BTech Quantity Surveying
12-15 years of estimating experience in a building environment
Solid proficiency in CCS, BuildSmart, MS Office
Experience in project scoping/BOQ development, measurement take-offs from site and plan, developing material, labour, subcontractor, plant and equipment budgets, compiling project programs and cashflow forecasts
Comprehensive knowledge of contract suites: GCC, JBCC, NEC, and FIDIC
