To thrive in this role, you bring a solid academic foundation with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Business Administration. A Postgraduate Degree is highly regarded, and certifications such as BABOK and Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are advantageous. These qualifications reflect your commitment to continuous learning and your readiness to contribute to focused learning solutions that build future capabilities.
You have 8–10 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, with a deep understanding of core business processes and operations. Your track record includes leading complex initiatives, mapping and modelling business processes, and driving technology implementations that deliver real value. You are well-versed in BPMN notation, project management methodologies, and the software development lifecycle. Your experience positions you to attract and mentor talent, contributing to succession planning and the growth of future leaders. Experience within the healthcare industry would also be an advantage.
