• Proven ability to identify business issues and create compelling, high-level business cases
• Expertise in managing senior clients across multiple delivery projects
• Strong experience in designing and implementing digital change initiatives
• Knowledge of global trends in automation, innovation, and leading practices
• Ability to design and execute "design-led solution" workshops
• Proficiency in re-designing complex business processes
• Skilled in defining information and data requirements to meet digital needs
• Experience in designing and overseeing Agile implementations
• Background in analysis and using tools to diagnose and improve business models while mitigating risks

Qualification:
