Senior Clerk (Finance) - B6 at Implats

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

• To effectively process invoices and reconcile monthly statements timeously to minimise the risk to the company

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 / matric certificate with Accounting / Mathematics
• A post matric financial qualification will be an advantage
• Computer literacy (MS Office package, SAP) is essential
• Must have good interpersonal skills

Must have good oral and written communication skills

• Must have knowledge of costing process flow.
• Medical certificate or medically fit in order to obtain one is essential.
• No criminal record
• Valid drivers licence
• A valid Certificate of Fitness or be medically fit in order obtain such a certificate

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Creating and expediting of purchase requisitions / reservations on SAP
• Updating of management accounting reports and other reports
• Office administration and filing
• Circulation / placement may occur within the greater Finance and Admin department as and when necessary.
• Invoice control, verification, and processing.
