Senior Clerk Finance Parts Creditors at Toyota

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Capturing manual invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Resolving queries with suppliers and warehouse
• Resolving dealer queries
• Ensuring timeous payment run upload.
• Supply correct remittance advice to suppliers.
• Provide Finance Support manager with feedback to suppliers’ status of accounts.
• Teamwork, cooperation, and willingness to assist peers.
• Ad-Hoc dutie

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• NQF 4 level qualification (120 credits - level framework) in Finance related qualification
• A Diploma in Finance or related field would be an added advantage.
• Relevant Creditors experience
• PC literacy (MS Office Advanced) and SAP knowledge are essential.
