The Snr Collections Specialist is accountable and is a single/first point of contact for collection process of customer accounts. The Snr Collections Specialist works closely with the appropriate individuals at the customer and within Danone (Sales, OTC OM, Finance, etc.) to resolve all issues.

Matric
Credit Management 4
Finance Diploma / Degree
Experience required:
5 - 10 years solid collections / credit control experience
2-5 Years Snr Collections / Snr Credit Control experience within FMCG
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows and MS Excel, SAP Experience, reporting and analysis
