    Senior Consultant, Brand Growth Strategy

    client briefs, using their smart thinking & brand experience to deliver the convincing, innovative solutions that bring clients back to our teams over and over. This comprises:

    • Strategic & inspiring thinking, making significant contributions to finding solutions for our clients’ marketing challenges by demonstrating a strong affinity for consumers and brands, as well as fresh and inspiring thinking.
    • Participating in and interpreting insight (eg. Stakeholder interviews, indepth consumer interviews, groups, quant data) along with our qual and quant experts
    • Writing and presenting intellectually convincing and emotionally appealing proposals & debriefs to meet client briefs. Good presentation skills are essential to deliver confident, articulate, energetic debriefs.
       

    Project Management, To Deliver Quality, Timely Solutions, Including

    • Project planning and deadline management
    • Ensuring project administration and finances are sound
    • Overseeing the junior team members’ work scope
    • Monitoring and stretching quality of the outputs
       

    Role Requirements

    An innovative young brand thinker with a passion for insights, and an exceptional project manager. This person has:

    • A Proven Brand track record: Minimum of 5 years in a brand management / strategist role – involved in various aspects of branding, including strategic brand problem-solving and (ideally) consumer insight. University degree preferred.
    • A passion for brand marketing: We are looking for someone with a real passion for marketing and the understanding of the role brand’s play in people’s lives and the ability to translate this into action – someone who thinks about the actual application and actionability of brand solutions.
    • Creative ideas and a strong point of view: someone who thinks creatively and is happy to push the boundaries/ challenge conventional thinking on a project by project basis to deliver cutting edge solutions as part of a team who love a challenge
    • Cultural awareness and connectedness: Assimilate the impact of culture into project design and output.
    • Proven team skills: a great team communicator & collaborator.
    • Super Organised: Disciplined, organised, able to manager budgets and timelines
