Customer Relationships/Expectation

• Demonstrate good understanding of business requirements and be able to deliver on those requirements accurately in good quality.  
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship when working with external and internal clients.
• Demonstrate good and regular communication with both our internal and external customers
• Ensure timeframe estimates are accurate and communicated with business and delivered upon 
• Ensure deadlines set by business are met

Development Requirements

• Develop/Maintain processes to be used internally by the Digital Collections team                    
• Develop/Maintain integration solutions with external client systems
• Develop/ Maintain back-end architecture to be used by the Digital Collections team    
• Develop/Maintain reports to monitor digital collections actions and performance                       
• Good and accurate communication with business throughout the development and testing cycles making use of the appropriate UAT environments.
• Develop/Maintain Recon and Exception reporting that will be used by the various business units and by the Digital Collections team
• Implementation of various experiments within the Digital Collections team
• Appropriate error handling management systems
• Accountable for ensuring regular and controlled monitoring of the Digital Collections environment and quick resolution of critical issues.
• Root cause analysis done on critical process failures to ensure no/limited recurring issues. 
• Documentation of processes and operational procedures                          

Develop Technical competence in:

• SQL coding to extract, analyze and manipulate data
• SSIS to be able to extract, transform and load information
• SSRS for the development of reports
• SSAS for the development of cubes. 
• Any other Microsoft Software deemed necessary for reporting

Governance and Compliance

•  Compliance with all collections and communications policies and procedures, improvement to policies or implementation and monitoring.
•    Policies listed such as
• SQL SQL and SSIS best practices
• Database access policies 
• Deployment requirements
• Development lifecycle policies

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary diploma or degree or
• MS SQL Server & MS Visual Studio SSIS,
• SSAS, SSRS certification    
• 1-3 Years Experience in MS SQL Server &
• MS Visual Studio SSIS, SSAS, SSRS  Good communication and interpersonal skills   Good understanding of the different
