Job Description

• Understanding and interpreting business requirements and translating them into analytical reporting solutions
• Develop actuarial / statistical models to enable data driven decision making.
• Identify appropriate models / algorithms to mine large datasets and develop rich insights into field staff behaviour and trends.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc experience reports and data analysis.
• Design models that will track various metrics and schemes across the business (actual vs planned design outcomes)
• Assist with insightful analysis across channels and against external competitors.
• Responsible for building strong working relationships with internal clients
