Senior Developer at Ovations Technologies

Requirement:

• Senior role, Able to get hands dirty, ARIS Experience, Map Process, Create Repositories
• Create process documentation or workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for IT services
• Facilitate process workflow modelling to collaborate particularly on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases
• Maintain a complete understanding and adherence to all IT policies and processes
• Extract reports and deliver high-level analysis for data review
• Identify inconsistencies and problems and report to management
• Review information and trends to ensure outputs of process are achieved with the desired results and services and meeting upon agreed service levels
• Conduct maturity assessments against the process activities to highlight areas of improvements or concerns
• Candidates must be a self-starter, consultant/specialist with agile/safe experience.

Business Domain knowledge (not compulsory, would be advantageous)

• One candidate to have (preferably) Technical Digital understanding
• One candidate to be a hybrid BA & PE (Process Engineer)
• Two candidate with Customer Interaction Management experience
• Two candidates who has dashboarding experience
