Taking the time to develop deep, long-lasting relationships with our clients and fully engage in their businesses has stood us in good stead, often leading to our own organic growth, starting with one brand and gaining others from within a client’s group portfolio. So too have the lessons we’ve learned, the systems we’ve implemented, the structures we’ve developed and the culture we’ve created; all of which allow us to provide creative solutions for a wide variety of clients across many fields. The proof? Today, we’re almost 300-staff strong and still growing.

As a senior Art Director/Designer, the candidate will be required to handle a job from its conception to its final delivery (aided by additional members of the team where necessary).
This includes initial conceptualising for any given campaign, including various conceptual/tactical ideas and mock-ups that will best sell the idea to client.
This work will also need to be placed into a presentation that contextualises the work and sells the concept to client alongside any relevant strategy/goals/objectives that the campaign needs to meet.
The candidate will need to be able to comfortably present their own work.
The candidate will also be required to create mood boards/storyboards for creative shoots that may be required (these are often relatively simple recipe shoots, top-down stop motion videos etc.). The candidate will also need to attend the shoots and work alongside the photographers/stylists etc. to make sure that the final product matches the mood boards/concept.
The candidate will also need to be able to execute the work to the correct specifications across a variety of platforms/channels, and to stay up-to-date with changing specs/requirements for different channels/platforms (this responsibility does not lie solely with the art director as our media partners regularly liaise with us and keep us updated on specific media requirements).
Work needs to be delivered to correct specs and on time.
Requirements
The candidate will be expected to push the boundaries of what is expected of the brand, from a conceptual as well as visual/creative perspective.
While the group head as well as Creative Director will manage the team and give creative feedback etc., there may be times where the senior art director will be asked to help juniors with direction, ideas and execution etc.
Day-to-Day responsibilities can include conceptualising work, putting presentations today, executing work, presenting to client as well attending brainstorms with other creatives.
