Our client is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Developer who will play a key role in the design, development, and optimization of their D365 CE environment. Working closely with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise to enhance customer engagement strategies and contribute to the overall success of their digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Design and develop customized solutions on the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform, including configuring entities, forms, and workflows to meet specific business needs. Develop and maintain existing JavaScript plugins, and custom workflows to extend Dynamics 365 CE functionality.
Power Platform Expertise: Utilize the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to create applications, automate workflows, and provide insights through data analytics.
Integration: Build data integration solutions between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.
Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions. Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Documentation: Create technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user guides.
Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective technical solutions.
Stay Current: Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, and proactively recommend enhancements to keep solutions at the forefront.
Qualifications and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in solution architecture and development within the Dynamics 365 CE platform.
Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE customization, configuration, and integration. In-depth understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and guidance, including mentoring junior developers and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest developments in Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
