As a Senior Editor, you will be responsible for enhancing and delivering content in multiple formats. You will help to shape operationally efficient processes and systems and drive customer value.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining detailed content production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Monitoring workflows to identify bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align content priorities with overall business objectives.
Communicating expectations, timelines, and deliverables with external vendors.
Overseeing vendor performance, providing feedback and resolving issues.
Conducting spot checks and coordinating quality assurance reviews to identify and address errors or inconsistencies.
Overseeing the upload, organization, and maintenance of content in relevant content management systems.
Tracking progress on projects and preparing regular status reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
Have experience in editorial operations, project management, or digital content production.
Able to demonstrate solid organizational and project management skills when dealing with multiple priorities to meet rigid and frequent deadlines.
Able to collaborate across teams and resolve issues proactively.
Have a detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Have a knowledge of digital publishing tools or XML workflows is a plus
